When it comes to hair removal waxing is much better over shaving because hair free up to a month, smoother skin and monthly treatment over time decrease and weakens the hair.

Treatments are designed to accommodate mums to be.

Therefore maternity waxing is bespoke and adjusted to growing bump and more sensitive skin.

Young girls are growing faster now days and they are facing more challenges than we did when we were their age. It is tough enough without having to worry about hairy legs or uneven brows.
The good news starting to wax at a young age, hairs are finer and less painful to remove. This means you will be good to go later in life and have less hair to deal with.
Moms are more than welcome to join their daughters in the treatment rooms. I will explain through every step of the way.
Helpful steps for your waxing
No cream Cleanliness is appreciated, but please don’t apply any lotion. You’ll get better results if your skin is less oily.

Period free Best to get the treatment at least few days before or after your period because your body becomes more sensitive during.

Length Ideally hair should be at least 1/4 inch long Don’t shave for at least 2-3 weeks.
However bikini area shouldn’t be too long either. I suggest to trim the hairs prior appointment in order to make the experience more comfortable.

Is there anything I should do post-waxing?

Soon after the treatment avoid covering the area with tight clothing, preferably wear loose and cotton outfit and underwear when you are coming waxing.

Afterward moisturize using an unscented cream to avoid irritation. I suggest pure aloe vera.

If you experience irritation using a cold compress (a damp washcloth soaked in cold water), or rose water will calm it down.

48 hours post waxing.

Avoid the sun, saunas or steam rooms, and synthetic fabrics to allow the skin some downtime post treatment.

Daily gentle exfoliation with a scrub or brush in the shower is a great way to prevent ingrown hair.

Why do I recommend exfoliating?

After waxing new cells building up layer after layer and become stratum corneum, dead skin.

If you don’t exfoliate regularly some hair can get trapped by dead skin and they grown in, forming are ugly bumps.
